1. This document defines the rules for processing personal data obtained from Users by the Online Store operating at plastika.pl by Radosław Parys, operating under the company PLASTIKA Radosław Parys at ul. Kubusia Puchatka 11, 10-696 Olsztyn. It also contains information on the use of Cookies and analytical tools in the Online Store.
2. The administrator of personal data is PLASTIKA Radosław Parys, ul. Kubusia Puchatka 11, 10-696 Olsztyn, entered into the Central Register and Information on Economic Activity of the Republic of Poland, NIP: 739-158-34-16, REGON: 510996269, hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator".
3. Personal data collected by PLASTIKA Radosław Parys, ul. Kubusia Puchatka 11, 10-696 Olsztyn through the Online Store are processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as GDPR.
4. The plastika.pl store informs that customers' personal data will be processed only for the purpose of executing and performing the contract concluded with the Buyer/Customer. With additional consent, personal data will also be processed for the purpose of providing informational materials and marketing offers in the form of a Newsletter.
5. The plastika.pl online store makes every effort to ensure respect for your privacy and protection of personal information provided while using and making purchases in the store, and for this purpose, among other things, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used.
6. Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide data marked as necessary makes registration or placing an Order impossible.
II. TYPE, PURPOSES AND LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA
In the plastika.pl Online Store, personal data are collected in the following cases:
1. For the purpose of performing the contract for the sale of goods from the Store concluded with the Customer, related to Account registration and placing Orders - the basis for processing is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of a contract),
2. For the purpose of establishing, pursuing or enforcing claims - legal basis Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. In these cases, the necessary scope of processed data includes: name and surname; email address; contact phone number; address: street, house number, apartment number, postal code, city, country, residence/business/registered office address, bank account number (in case of refunds), and for non-consumer Customers, additionally the company name and tax identification number (NIP) and other data collected during the use of the Online Store.
3. Newsletter subscription, for the purpose of performing a contract whose subject is a service provided electronically. Legal basis - consent of the data subject Customer to perform the Newsletter service agreement (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR). In this case, the necessary scope of processed data includes email address and contact phone number.
III. SHARING PERSONAL DATA
1. For the proper functioning of the Online Store, the Administrator must use the services of external entities. The Administrator ensures that it uses the services of entities processing data in a proper manner consistent with legal provisions, including the EU GDPR regulation.
2. The Administrator transmits data only when it is necessary for the realization of the processing purpose and only to the necessary extent.
3. Customers' personal data may be transferred to the following entities: hosting and ICT service providers, carriers performing Order shipments (listed in the Online Store Regulations), entities handling electronic payments in the Online Store, entities providing accounting, legal and advisory services.
IV. PERSONAL DATA STORAGE PERIOD
1. The personal data provided will be processed for the period: necessary for the performance of the concluded contract for the sale of Goods, including customer complaint claims and the pursuit or defense of claims by the Administrator; however, no longer than 10 years from the date of data transfer.
V. PROFILING
1. The plastika.pl Online Store may use profiling, which involves any automated processing of personal data that evaluates the personal factors of a natural person, and in particular analyzes or predicts aspects of customer preferences and interests.
2. This function will allow the Administrator to display advertisements tailored to the customer's preferences and interests and to present products that best meet their needs. This function will also allow for the use of appropriate communication methods, including the choice of communication language.
3. The data subject has the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning him or her or similarly significantly affects him or her.
VI. RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT
1. In accordance with the GDPR, a person who provides their personal data has a number of rights, such as: The right to information on how personal data is processed, The right to access and update data, The right to withdraw consent – legal basis Article 7(3) of the GDPR, The right to object to the processing of personal data – legal basis Article 21 of the GDPR. The Customer has the right to object at any time - on grounds relating to his or her particular situation - to the processing of his or her personal data, including profiling, if the plastika.pl Online Store processes his or her data based on a legitimate interest, The right to erasure of data, also known as "the right to be forgotten" – legal basis Article 17 of the GDPR, The right to restriction of processing – legal basis Article 18 of the GDPR, The right to data portability – legal basis Article 20 of the GDPR, The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
VII. COOKIES
1. The plastika.pl Online Store uses Cookies. These are small text files sent by the web server and stored by the browser's computer software. When the browser reconnects with the website, the website recognizes the type of device the user is connecting from. Parameters allow only the server that created them to read the information contained therein. Cookies thus facilitate the use of previously visited websites.
2. The Administrator uses its own Cookies to properly configure the Store, and in particular to: adapt the content of the Store's websites to the Customer's preferences and optimize the use of websites; recognize the Store Customer's device and its location and appropriately display the website, tailored to their individual needs; remember the settings selected by the Customer and personalize the interface, e.g., in terms of the selected language or region from which they originate; match appropriate advertisements according to the Customer's preferences; remember the history of visited pages on the website to recommend content; font size, website appearance, etc.
3. The Administrator uses its own Cookies for user authentication in the Store and to maintain the user's session on the website, and in particular to: maintain the Store Customer's session (after logging in), thanks to which the Customer does not have to re-enter their login and password on each subpage of the website; properly configure selected Service functions, enabling, in particular, verification of the authenticity of the browser session; optimize and increase the efficiency of services provided by the Administrator.
4. The Administrator uses its own Cookies for the purpose of carrying out processes necessary for the full functionality of the websites, and in particular to: adapt the content of the Service websites to the User's preferences and optimize the use of the Service websites. In particular, these files allow for the recognition of the User's basic device parameters and the appropriate display of the website, tailored to their individual needs; proper handling of the affiliate program, enabling, in particular, the verification of referral sources of Users to the Service websites.
5. The Administrator cooperates with the following external services, which may place external Cookies: Google Inc. based in the USA (including Google AdSense, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Maps API, Google Doubleclick, Google Tag Manager, Google Search Console). 6. The User can independently and at any time change the settings regarding Cookies, specifying the conditions for their storage and access by Cookies to the User's Device. The User can make the changes to the settings referred to in the previous sentence through the internet browser settings or through service configuration. These settings can be changed in particular to block the automatic handling of Cookies in the internet browser settings or to inform about their placement on the User's device each time. Detailed information on the possibilities and methods of handling Cookies is available in the software settings (internet browser).
7. The User can delete Cookies at any time by using the available functions in the internet browser they are using.
8. Restricting the use of Cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Service website.
VIII. FINAL PROVISIONS
1. The Administrator of the Online Store reserves the right to change this privacy policy at any time and place, while committing to immediately publish the new privacy policy on the Store's websites and inform all registered Users about this fact.
2. In matters not regulated by this Privacy Policy, generally binding provisions regarding personal data protection shall apply.

4. This Privacy Policy is effective from August 1, 2021.
